Mr. Alex came right on time and knew exactly what our issue was within minutes of examining our Air Conditioning unit. He promptly notified me and also showed me what he did to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about the visit. He knows his stuff well. T & M has done a great job for us for almost 10 years. They work with Radcliff Homes, our builder, and installed our system back in 2016. I've had the HVAC maintenance agreement them ever since. I highly recommend T&M for your heating and air installation and service!

You've got one employee that has gone above and beyond his call of duty. Alex Davis came to our house to check and repair our unit saving us!!! Chris and I can't say enough what an exceptional employee he is. He made sure everything was right and did not complete the job until it was. He was very courteous, polite, and conscious of what he was doing and did everything top notch! Anyone need someone to work on their stuff, ask for Alex for sure!!!!!!!!

We had a new heat pump unit installed, about 11 months ago, and we were very pleased with the process. T&M were very good to work with. They were very thorough in their explanation, during the purchasing & installation process.
Rusty was very helpful with our quotes and what we needed in a system. Justin, Caleb and Drew came to install the unit. They were here almost the whole day, and were very thorough and took their time. Our house is a little older, so they were very helpful, with devising some small issues for retrofitting, etc. They were very courteous, clean and picked up everything after themselves. We also ordered an air filter unit, and Justin came back, to finish installing that, the next day.
We have been quite pleased with the unit so far. Justin was very good to explain how the unit, the air purifier, and the thermometer worked, etc. Elizabeth, in their office, is very polite and prompt, with returning any calls or answering any email messages or any questions.
We are very grateful to them for such good service.

Thank you Alex for your excellent service, getting our air conditioner up and running! I was expecting a higher charge for all of the maintenance preformed, but was pleasantly surprised with a bill, not much more than the service call itself. Very professional company, with employees who love what they do, the attitude, attention to detail, and quality of work speaks for itself.

A/C went out on a Sunday night in August in Baldwin county. Called T&M at 8am Monday morning. Tech showed up at around 9am. Taylor diagnosed the problem and had cold air blowing before 10. I also signed up for twice a year check out with this day being the first check out. Very happy with Taylor’s professionalism, nice not having someone cussing under their breath. T&M didn’t install this unit but they will the next one!

Daniel is so knowledgable and communicative! He is also such a kind and giving person. I highly recommend him for any job in your home. He installed a second vent in our bedroom and it made all the difference in getting air while sleeping. He quickly installed our mini-split. He is terrific, I can't say enough about him and his company!

We were in a dire situation at the beginning of August. We had a house full of out of town guests (13) to be exact that we were preparing dinner for and some of which were staying with us! We came home that afternoon at 3:30 to find out A/C had completely stopped working in our 3 month old house and the temp was rapidly approaching 80 degrees in the house. We contacted T&M! From the lady that answered the phone to the repairman that drove over an hour at 4:00 to our rescue we had AMAZING service! He was able to troubleshoot our problems and get us fully functioning within a couple of hours! We would highly recommend T & M A/C. Thanks for saving the day!!!

Very quick response time, excellent explanation of what was happening and cost. Justin was top notch.

I was having issues with the ac not cooling or kicking on, I didn’t know what was wrong but it would try to turn and it shut off immediately. I called T&M , customer service was awesome, they said someone will be out there whenever they’re done with 2 other calls. She did tell me upfront that before I initiated the work that there was a $125 diagnostic fee. I thought that was nice knowing before I set it up and I still requested someone to come help fix my issues. Alex came out , very polite and professional. He took apart my ac covers and noticed my coils were deeply covered in dirt/debris. He got readings on both inside/outside units, before and after cleaning the coils. It was a night and day difference. My ac started working again and blowing cold air. It was 80-81 in my house when he started and after about an hour and half of it being fixed it’s already coming down to about 78-77. Alex then checked on the capacitor and compressor and said they were fine. He did one final check on the unit itself and it was in good shape. He was thorough and explained what I needed to know and do for the future care of my ac unit. Alex was awesome and I greatly appreciate his work he did today. Thank you T&M and Alex!

My AC stopped cooling; called T and M. Nicest person answered the phone and said a tech would be scheduled asap. She called back (I think her name is Elizabeth) and said he was on the way.
Joseph arrived within 25 min. and went right to work. Was able to find the problem and quickly repair it. Was a knowledgeable, pleasant young man. Thank you T and M!
