Responsive and knowledgeable technicians
The service technician, Dustin, was very professional and competent. He appeared to be thorough and efficient in servicing both the inside unit and the outside condenser. He replaced the filter and reported no problems were found. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. As a result of today's service, we will continue to use and recommend the services of T & M Heating and Air.

Have been with T & M since 10/13, original installation date. Have them conduct semi-annual maintenance each year. Have always been pleaased with the service. Highly recommend them to anyone needing system/service.

Excellent experience with T&M. They came out the day after we called and got us fixed up quickly, in a friendly manner, and the cost was surprisingly inexpensive. Because of all of these, we signed up for their Preventative Maintenance plan. Good work!

My AC/ Heating went out and thanks to Geoff the technician that found the problem to Rusty the salesman who sold me a new unit to the wonderful supervisor and his crew, Alex, Drew and Caleb I now have a new unit which is so much more efficient.

Mr. Alex came right on time and knew exactly what our issue was within minutes of examining our Air Conditioning unit.
